To improve Malu Town's invest conditions and serve non-residents better, Malu government totally programes the establishment of the two 'New Malu people' flats—Yongsheng flat and Dengcheng flat, which were invested by private enterprises.
　　Yongsheng flat is located in the western part of Malu Town. It faces Defu Road on the east, Shuangdan Road on the south, Yongsheng Road on the west and Shuangding Road on the north. The total area of the base is 4500 sq.m.and the construction is 61320 sq.m. including 10 storied buildings and 1320 dorms. This can contain 10000 people to live in.
Dengcheng flat is located in the middle of Malu Town and the traffic is convenient. It faces Middle Dengliu Road on the east, Fengdeng Road on the south, Hujia speedway on the west and Shenfeng Road on the north. The total area of the base is 59600 sq.m.and the construction is 63112 sq.m. including 9 storied buildings and 1044 dorms. It can contain more then 8000 people to live in.
　　The two flats are managed by Shanghai Chenyu Estate management corporation. Now more than 7000 staff have lived into the two flats, who come from Wei Chuangli electronic and technological corporation, Mingyan plastic corporation, Lianheng industrial corporation and Nagoya exactitude instrument corporation,etc.
